Question: I am able to get into TEASE but when I try to access eGrants Production or Expenditure Reporting, the system never opens or gives me an error message to contact the eGrants Helpdesk.
Solution: This problem can be resolved by deleting any temporary files and cookies. Once the history is removed, the system should retrieve the most current information in eGrants.
To delete temporary files and cookies using Windows Internet Explorer follow these steps:
- Go into the <Tools>, <Delete Browsing History>
A new pop up window will appear. Select the <Preserve Favorites website data>, <Temporary Internet Files> and <Cookies> checkboxes
- Click the <Delete> button. The window will close when the process is complete.
