eGrants - Unable to Find an Eligible Application or Report in the Droplist

Question:   I received an email or listserv notification to open an application or report in eGrants.  When I open the system, the application or report does not appear in the droplist of eligible applications.  How do I find the application or report?

Solution: Please contact the person listed as the contact on the notification. The program division or the Division of Grants Administration should be able to research the problem and determine the course of action needed to access the application.
