Question: I am unable to type the letter “t” or “d” in a report or application. What is causing this problem?
Solution: This problem has occurred if Internet Explorer is not being used as the preferred browser. The application or report will allow the person to type in a capital “T” or “D”. Though this may look awkward, the only field that is case sensitive is the password field. Also, check to make sure that the computer is a PC Compatible computer and using Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher.
