There could be several reasons for the ER system not allowing a submission.
- You may need to update your TEASE access role. Please submit a ticket with the TEA Help Desk.
2. You may have a pending payment associated with this grant award. An expenditure reimbursement request cannot be entered until the pending payment is fully processed and shows a status of “Paid/Processed”.
3. The revised final expenditure deadline has passed.
d. The expenditure reporting system works best with Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher.
