I have logged into EMAT, but I do not see any links to order materials.

The following prerequisites must be met before links to create requisitions or disbursements will appear on your District Start Page in EMAT:

  • The Allotment and TEKS Certification form must be completed and submitted to TEA. A statement with the date received will appear above your bar graph.
  • Summer ship dates must be updated by clicking Update Summer Ship Dates on the District Start Page. Choose a minimum of three dates or date ranges and click Save.
  • Contacts must be confirmed. Click Confirm Contacts, review and/or update information, and select Click to Save (or Confirm) Information. Please note, only contact information for existing staff with EMAT access can be changed. New access must be requested through the TEAL system. Email TEA at materials@tea.texas.gov to remove staff members.
  • Addresses must be confirmed. Click Confirm Addresses, review and/or update information, and select Click to Save (or Confirm) Address Information.
