We have completed all prerequisites but still cannot access the links on the Start Page.

Try using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, as EMAT is only fully compatible with these browsers.  Also, try clearing your browser’s cache.

                                Instructions for any browser:

  1. Use shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del.
  2. Clear data.
  3. Close all browser windows and then log in to EMAT again.

 

Instructions for Internet Explorer:

  1. Use shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del.
  2. Uncheck the box Preserve Favorites website data.
  3. Click the Delete button at the bottom.
  4. Close all browser windows and then log in to EMAT again.
