Try using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, as EMAT is only fully compatible with these browsers. Also, try clearing your browser’s cache.
Instructions for any browser:
- Use shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del.
- Clear data.
- Close all browser windows and then log in to EMAT again.
Instructions for Internet Explorer:
- Use shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del.
- Uncheck the box Preserve Favorites website data.
- Click the Delete button at the bottom.
- Close all browser windows and then log in to EMAT again.
