If you have applied for the Out-of-State or Out-of-Country Review of Credentials, official transcripts must be sent directly from your institution or servicer via email. 

Your institution should email the transcript directly to OSC75@tea.texas.gov. 

Emailed transcripts from educators are not accepted, and you cannot upload a digital copy of the transcript to your account. The document will be labeled unofficial and will be treated as spam.
