If you have applied for the Out-of-State Review of Credentials, you may submit your transcript via either of the options below:

• Official transcripts may be sent directly from your institution or servicer via email. Your institution should email the transcript directly to OSC75@tea.texas.gov. We will not accept emailed transcripts from educators. You cannot upload a digital copy of your transcript into your account. It will be deleted and treated as spam.

or

• Official transcripts may be mailed by the university or the educator, provided the university will mail an official transcript to you. Photocopies, faxes and emails from the educator are not accepted. You cannot upload a scanned copy of your transcript into your account. It will be deleted and treated as spam.
