Nothing Happens When I Click Buttons in the Web Application

TEA web applications such as User Administration+ (UA+) are compatible only with specific versions of the Internet Explorer (IE) browser. If you are using a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or non-supported versions of IE, some features may not function correctly. For example, if you click multiple times on buttons in UA+  but get no response, you are probably experiencing browser compatibility issues. Below are steps that you can take to remedy this problem by switching on Compatibility View settings in IE.

  1. Using Internet Explorer, log on to TEASE at https://seguin.tea.state.tx.us/apps/logon.asp .
  2. From the browser toolbar, select Tools > Compatibility View settings.

Note : If you do not see the menu, right-click and select Menu bar .

  3. Click Add to add the site to the list you want displayed in Compatibility View.

  4. Now try using the User Administration+ application within TEASE.
