TEA web applications such as User Administration+ (UA+) are compatible only with specific versions of the Internet Explorer (IE) browser. If you are using a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or non-supported versions of IE, some features may not function correctly. For example, if you click multiple times on buttons in UA+ but get no response, you are probably experiencing browser compatibility issues. Below are steps that you can take to remedy this problem by switching on Compatibility View settings in IE.
-
Using Internet Explorer, log on to TEASE at
https://seguin.tea.state.tx.us/apps/logon.asp
.
-
From the browser toolbar, select
Tools
>
Compatibility View
settings.
Note
: If you do not see the menu, right-click and select
Menu bar
.
-
Click
Add
to add the site to the list you want displayed in Compatibility View.
-
Now try using the User Administration+ application within TEASE.
